Hi, I am attempting to use the latest Android SDK: Android SDK Tools, revision 9 Android SDK Platform-tools <http://developer.android.com/sdk/android-3.0.html>.
In edit profile when I try to set Android SDK: C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools I am getting back the message: Couldn't find adb.exe or android.bat in your SDK's tools directory. You may need to install a newer version of the SDK tools.
There is nothing else I can do beside waiting for the answer. I have tried everything for where the adb.exe is, indeed, located in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools.
Do I need to go on the Andriod SDK Manager to change some configurations?
Please help. Thank you, HESK
p.s. I have found where the problem is. So far the "temp" folder in andriod SDK is on read-only mode with a square not a tick. I tried various ways to turn it off, but it seems to have something inside the folder which is read-only. In fact, it detected 0 bytes on the folder.
What should I do at this point?
